The Center of Ultrasound Education in conjunction with theAnesthesiology Residencyis proud to offer an integrated ultrasound curriculum as part of your training. This curriculum will consist of didactic training, hands-on ultrasound scanning labs and scanning rounds, and proficiency assessment and tracking. The goal is for every resident to have access to Point-of-Care Ultrasound training and the opportunity to develop life-long skills to advance their medical practice.
Ultrasound Imaging – Practice with USGVA with Blue phantom, Obtain 5 RUSHed sets of images in ICU of patients with hypotension **Must utilize POCUS Teaching Order

SIMULATION: TTE/ RUSHed Simulation – 4:00 – 5:00
Thursday and Friday
IMAGES: 10 TTE / RUSHed Images in ED/ICU (must demonstrate Hypovolemia, Cardiogenic shock or pre-shock, Pulmonary hypertension) **Must utilize POCUS Teaching Order
