Campus Climate

University Dancer

It is not the sole responsibility of the Office of Institutional Access, Success, and Belonging to create an affirming and supportive campus community.

We encourage all members of the AU community to work with us toward this endeavor.

We have several initiatives and best practices that will facilitate campus involvement as together we build an institutional culture that fosters collegiality, compassion, excellence, integrity, leadership and inclusivity.
