How long does it take for a proposal to be completed?

Several factors contribute to the length of time it takes a proposal to be completely processed:

  • Accuracy of the Proposal

Can I chose the order that I want my proposal to be approved in?

Custom routes only allow individual users to be selected out of the current hierarchy and must be approved by a Curriculog administrator.

This feature will not allow you remove a role from the approval process, but rather switch the order.

Creating a Custom Route

Notifications are automatically generated to the originator and approvers in the proposal process.  If you are receiving notifications, please check your “My Task” bar within the Curriculog system.

Why am I receiving the error message “proposal needs participants” when I try to launch?

If you are receiving this error, please review the college and department selected for this proposal.  If both are correct, please contact curriculog@augusta.edu for troubleshooting assistance.
