The Department of Family and Community Medicine - Sports Medicine Fellowship participates in theERASElectronic Residency Application Serviceand the applications to the program will be taken exclusively through this service.
To be considered, applicant must have completed theERAS applicationand have met all deadlines. It is the applicant's responsibility to be certain the application is complete.
