In our longhistoryas an academic anesthesia department, The Medical College of Georgia Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine has establishedclerkships, apain fellowship, and ananesthesiology critical care fellowship. A joint emergency medicine/anesthesiology critical care fellowship started in 2019 and we welcomed our firstpediatric anesthesiologyfellow in 2020. This year, we will be recruitingadvanced perioperative clinical anesthesiology NSTfellows.
Ouranesthesiology residency programprovides comprehensive training in perioperative patient care, pain management and critical care medicine.
We pride ourselves in training expert clinicians who are independent and confident when they graduate from our program.
