Schedule an Appointment

How to Schedule an Appointment for Course-Based Tutoring or a Success Workshop 

1. Login to Navigate  with your Augusta University JagNet ID. You must have DUO enabled. Make sure to open Navigate on Google Chrome to have full access to the site.
2. On the right hand side, Click on "Schedule an Appointment".
3. On the left hand side, "Under Filters", Select the following drop down options:
   1. Care Unit - Tutoring or Academic Support
   2. Location - Academic Success Center - Summerville
   3. Service - Course-based Tutoring, Academic Success Consultation, Peer-Coaching or Workshop
   4. Course - Example ACCT 2101
   5. Meeting Type - In-person, Phone or Virtual
   6. Comments - Optional
4. Under 'Select a Date' Click on a date you would like tutoring or academic services.
5. From the available 'Staff' options, Select a Tutor or Academic Coach.
6. Once all the options are selected. Click 'Schedule'.

Messaging your Success Team

From the home screen you can view Your Success Team. You can message your team directly from Navigate. All messages will be copied to your AU email inbox. You can reply from Navigate or your email.

Messaging Example

Access previous messages using the envelope in the upper left. Your Success Team includes any assigned staff and your professors for the term. You can manage staff directly from this page. Your Success Team is customized for you!
