Schedule an Appointment

How to Schedule an Appointment for Services in the ASC

1. Login toNavigatewith your Augusta University JagNet ID. You must have DUO enabled. Make sure to open Navigate on Google Chrome to have full access to the site.
2. On the right hand side, Click on "Schedule an Appointment".
3. On the left hand side, "Under Filters", Select the following drop down options:
   1. Care Unit- Tutoring or Academic Support
   2. Location- ASC - Student Success Center - Health Sciences Campus or ASC - Student Success Center - Summerville Campus
   3. Services- Academic Success Consultations, Course-Based Tutoring, Peer Coaching, Study Skills & Success Strategies Workshops, Virtual Reality Programs
   4. Course- Example ACCT 2101
   5. Meeting Type- In-person, Phone or Virtual
   6. Comments- Optional
4. Under 'Select a Date' Click on a date you would like tutoring or academic services.
5. From the available 'Staff' options, Select a Tutor or Peer Coach.
6. Once all the options are selected. Click 'Schedule'.

Messaging your Success Team

From the home screen you can viewYour Success Team. You can message your team directly from Navigate. All messages will be copied to your AU email inbox. You can reply from Navigate or your email.

Messaging Example

Access previous messages using the envelope in the upper left.Your Success Teamincludes any assigned staff and your professors for the term. You can manage staff directly from this page.Your Success Teamis customized for you!
