This study is for people who have had a stroke. This study is to compare two different methods of helping patients recover to see which is better.

Adults who have had a stroke confimed by brain imaging admitted for treatment within 7 days of their index stroke event were dicharged alive and not to hospice care reside within the recruitment geographica area for this C3FIT site
