Peer Institutions

Institutional facts are compiled annually on a select group of peer institutions to maintain a relevant information source for comparison and benchmarking. Official peers were identified by the University System of Georgia in 2017 based on analysis of data from the National Center for Education Statistics (IPEDS).

• NIH Ranking represents Medical Schools only.
• Augusta University Enrollment excludes Medical and Dental Residents in IPEDS.
• Enrollment and Faculty represent head count, not FTE.
• *Represents counts from the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS); may differ from other published counts.
