Bio

Dr. Zevallos is a 2010 graduate of the University of South Florida School of Medicine. He completed an Emergency Medicine residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia followed by a fellowship in emergency ultrasound at Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Zevallos currently serves as the director of the emergency medicine clerkship and helped with the development of the current EM clerkship curriculum. He was voted educator of the year by the fourth year student class for the 2016-2016 academic year and received exemplary teaching awards in 2017 and 2018. Dr. Zevallos also plays an active role in student education teaching in physical diagnosis since 2013 and co-sponsoring the Emergency Medicine Interest Group. He also enjoys teaching ultrasound workshops nationally and internationally alongside the MCG Emergency Ultrasound Faculty
