The National Writing Project Summer Institute offers professional development for educators focused on improving writing and literacy. The program features an immersive summer institute where teachers explore writing, learn how to improve their own writing, and discover how to better teach writing.
Writing ProjectJoin us March 15, 2025 for practical strategies for enhancing P-12 student learning, targeting teacher candidates, practicing teachers, and professors. The conference features concurrent sessions, networking opportunities, and techniques that participants can immediately implement in their classrooms.
ISL ConferenceA one-day conference showcasing research from kinesiology students and professors featuring speakers discussing research topics from related fields including exercise science, sports psychology, and physical therapy, culminating in a keynote address from a leading expert in the field.

Writing ProjectSpaces fill quickly for the annual Kids University Summer Camp. Held weekly in June on the Summerville campus, this camp offers an integrative STEM/STEAM curriculum with a different interactive topic each week. Engaging programs are available for rising first through eighth graders.
